41 Kids Training & Football Camp
The lifestyles of today’s youth have undergone enormous change. Television, computers and video games have replaced many of the physical activities children once enjoyed. So when we discuss our children, we often hear words like obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. Fitness seems to have taken a backseat when it comes to the modern child. Our kids are becoming victims of inactive, unmotivated, unhealthy lifestyles and their health is deteriorating.
At 41 Sports, we will work with you and your child to customize a routine most suitable for the child. Depending on your child’s age, we will develop a work out plan so your child can achieve his or her personal goals.

Attention: Football camp for 41 sports has changed this year. Anthony McClanahan is running private training programs and Mini camps. This years program is only for the serious football player looking for instruction on his position. Including Bigger Faster Stronger programs. Please use the same forms as last year or e-mail 41 to get your child or athlete signed up.

Types of training:
Here is an idea of training types. It helped 41 for many years of playing.
An intensive training program is designed considering specific sport needs or fitness needs. Each session approximately lasts one hour and thirty minutes. Some components of this program include:
Dynamic Functional Warm-Up ”Exercises involving large muscles and coordination along with form running drills
Core Stabilization ” Trunk strengthening
Balance Drills ” Balance progression with dynamic movement patterns
Strengthening ” Exercises to improve strength and power
Linear Acceleration ” Analysis of form and exercise to increase foot speed and decrease reaction time
Lateral Speed and Agility ” Exercise for lateral movement and change of direction
Plyometrics ” Progression of exercise for power and foot speed development, exercises and drills are devised to increase vertical jump
Aerobic and Anaerobic Conditioning ” Depending on the client needs and developed with circuit and over speed treadmill training

Note: Camp times are running daily from 1-3pm. Locations will change daily! 41 will also be working one on one with athletes this summer as well. Cost for camp is 15 sessions $200 or private $65 an hour 10 session minimum. If the Athlete is in 41 private program it runs close to two hrs daily. You are only charged an hour.
