You will have access to a nutrition expert who will provide dietary tips and ongoing counseling so you can safely and effectively lose weight, build muscle, or just feel great. Receive instruction from knowledgeable and experienced instructors who take a personal interest in helping you reach your goals and get results.

No two classes are the same and you will constantly be provided with new and exciting ways to work out. Classes are held both inside and outside, and you will be challenged by the variety and intensity provided in each class. Come prepared for the weather, but be ready to take off the layers and pump it out inside at a moments notice. Spontaneity and improvising are a major element of the classes and mean fun and excitement each day. You will be amazed by the way your body responds and shocked by how quickly you improve in every aspect of the workouts.  It is an exciting process!
