New Spring Schedule
New Bootcamp classes for the Spring are:
5:15am Bootcamp M-F Meet in Bellingham,Wa. Bellingham High School Parking lot.
7:00am Bootcamp M-F. This is a great class for the newcomers to fitness. Come enjoy a workout with 41 Sports. See you there! Class consist of strength training, Core stabilization, flexibility, agility, and balance drills.
8:30am M-F Bootcamp. This class is intense. The ladies at this hour have set the standards. If your looking to get in top shape fast this is the class to take. See you there 41 Sports!
10:ooam M-F Bootcamp. The 10:00am is for stay at home moms or dads. This is a strength class with tons of core. Bring your kids!
12:00 Bootcamp. M-TH (Marine style) We are running people. Get in shape on your lunch break. Meeting spot is Bellingham High School parking lot. 2 to 5 miles ran daily with various training drills along the way.
4:00pm-5:00pm M-TH. This After School bootcamp program is Co-ed. Call for location. Please read the kids training section on the site. This class is for adults or High school athletes that are serious about working out, Intense baby! This program will rotate between Squalicum High and Bellingham High through the various trails and obstacle courses provided by 41 Sports!
5:30pm Bootcamp T-TH, this is a extreme adventure Bootcamp.Please keep warm clothing and rain gear in your car. Get in shape today! 41 Sports
6:30pm Bootcamp M-Th Meet at Bellingham High school parking lot. Adventure Bootcamp training with Anthony McClanahan . This class is for the outdoor adventure type that likes to get dirty. We are training like the marines people. Lots of yelling and screaming be prepared to feel the pain. it’s a tough one. This program is co-ed. See you at the top!
ALL PROGRAMS ARE CO-ED
Punch cards are available for weekend trail runs and special bootcamps. We also do Sprint Training on Sundays.
This is the new Spring schedule there will be several different trainers on hand to help you meet your fitness goals. Private training with 41 is available. Bootcamps and training are 7 days per week. If you wish to start your own bootcamp please contact 41 Sports.

Football Camp: Was a hit. Special thank’s to all of our campers. The young athletes learned many different techniques on the game of football. Next year will be an even bigger camp. Thank you to the parents that helped out as well.
